Mission
At Miata Empire, our mission goes beyond the cars. We are committed to building a workplace where adults with autism are given meaningful opportunities to work, grow, develop their skills and be part of a team that values what they bring to the table.
Our goal is for at least 60% of our own workforce to be adults with autism, creating an environment built around opportunity, inclusion, understanding and independence.
We believe that a successful business can do more than serve its customers-it can create opportunities and make a lasting difference in peoples lives.
